Right at Home, Sydney Ryde Region are seeking qualified, reliable and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team in the Sydney Ryde Region spanning across from Ryde to Gordon and Eastwood to Lane Cove. You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You can demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy, and treating others with dignity and respect. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.

We are offering casual roles with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working within a person-centered, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client;
  • Mobility assessments, exercise therapy and pain management
  • Providing clinical care to clients with a view to maximising their functional capacity, achieving their goals, and optimising their health, function, and independence long term.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current National Police Check & Working With Children Check 
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • At least one year’s experience in community-based physiotherapy or hospital setting desirable
  • Current unrestricted driver’s licence and your own well- maintained car
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Smart mobile phone

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with aged and persons with a disability.
