We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Casual Employment  Our services include, aged and disability carlitransitional care, post-operative care and palliative care. Right at Home is a leading home care provider operationing in Australia.

This role is casual employment position reporting to the Care Manager/Managing Director. The job would involve coordinating and allocating your care team and ensuring that client needs are met. You will also be responsible for assessment of HCP and private clients.

Must have own insurances. 

• AHPRA - Nurse Registration
• Current QLD Driver's Licence
• First Aid and CPR Certificate - current
• Blue Card/Yellow Card
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years), or willingness to obtain.

• Sound understanding of the principles of My Aged Care, Aged Care Reforms, Consumer Directed Care
• Comprehensive Assessment and Case Management experience
• Experience in provision of care and services to people from culturally & linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Excellent networking, consultation skills to develop new referral sources and relationships with appropriate external organisations
• Commitment to work within RAH Mission, Vision and Values.
• Capacity to take initiative and to be innovative
• Highly developed organisational, administrative and financial management skills with proven ability to determine priorities, coordinate activities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral and strong computer literacy with Microsoft and data base applications
