Experienced Scheduler/Office Administrator for our office based at Bundall, Gold Coast. 

Right at Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers provides a range of care services to assist with people living independently at home. The successful applicant will be assisting with the following

  • Answer all incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the relevant person
  • General day to day administration of the office
  • Assisting the management team with their filing and administration tasks 
  • Scheduling services for care workers to meet customer needs, worker skill level and availability, maximising best fit for the customer and business;
  • Deal with inquiries in a timely manner and/or take appropriate follow-up action;
  • Scheduling, planning and organising care worker workloads to meet both customer and business needs;
  • Review refine and improve introduced rosters;
  • Maintain consistency of service to customer in terms of service time and care worker;
  • Roster day to day urgent situations as they arise in a timely manner;
  • Undertake on-call duties as rostered to provide out of hours service to clients and staff.

Qualifications

- Relevant experience within the field

- understanding of the SCHADS award to ensure rosters are sheduled accordingly

- Certificate within home and community care or similar desirable

Preferred Skills

 

  • Previous experience scheduling/matching care workers to clients within their home
  • Experience using a client information management system 
  • Systems orientated.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to develop/implement and evaluate organisational and client focused documentation and systems.
  • Ability to create and promote a positive and supportive culture where all staff are valued
