We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Scheduler to join our team in this full-time role. You will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of our care staff, operating in the Bayside (Wynnum/Manly to Redland Bay) and surrounding areas.

With our office located in beautiful Manly QLD, Right at Home Brisbane Bayside, is seeking an Experienced Scheduler who is committed to working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable with managing client expectations and confident speaking with people from all walks of life. Your administrative experience will have provided you with a flexible, but systematic approach to your work. With a keen eye for detail, you are confident in identifying errors and putting forward opportunities for improvement.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Develop and manage care service schedules, considering each client’s individual needs and matching with carers’ skills and geographical locations
  • Arrange replacement staff to cover sick and annual leave, and planned or unplanned absences and ad hoc shift changes
  • Ensure compliance, cost optimisation as well as a focus on client and carer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in service coordination, scheduling/rostering – ideally with multiple Client Management Systems/software applications
  • Experience with scheduling mobile workers in the in-home/community care environment
  • Working knowledge of HCP and NDIS programmes will be beneficial
  • Proactive and logical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise, coordinate and resolve enquiries/rescheduling in a high-pressure environment
  • Receive client feedback, enquiries and complaints, and respond as required
  • Strong client service focus – must be a team player
  • Experience in office administration, including advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
