We are looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker with experience supporting a participant with mental health issues.

• Have Individual Support (Disability) Certificate III or higher.
• Have experience working with people with disability who have high support needs particularly in mental health issues.
• Previous skills in medication assistance or/and administration (with HLTHPS006 'Assist clients with medication' or willing to obtain)
• Demonstrate an understanding of incident reporting, quality documentation, complaints handling, and complex behaviour strategic support.
• Good roster availability.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance and willingness to use for work purposes.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Current open Driver's Licence.
• Current Blue Card and Yellow Card.
