We are currently seeking experienced Disability & Aged Care Support Workers who live in the Ballina/Lismore region who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Applicants must have the following:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support &corresponding transcript.
• Australian National Police check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening- WWCC and Yellow card
• NDIS Orientation Module
• COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate
• Comprehensive vehicle insurance
• Registered vehicle
• Current Driver's Licence
• Medicare card
• Birth certificate/Passport for 100 points of Identification
• Flu/Covid vaccine record.

Desirable:

• HLTHPS006 Module-Assist Cleitns with Medication Administration.

• Transferring clients in and out of bed, chairs and providing other mobility assistance
• Use of Hoist experience
• Showering, toileting, & grooming
• Housework, meal preparation and other light domestic assistance
• Supporting clients to achieve their goals
• Transporting clients with a reliable roadworthy vehicle
• Social companionship
