Client Services Manager - Community Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager who is motivated, reliable, and passionate about aged care.
Our Organisation provides in-home care services for aged adults and person with a disability. We provide services under a range of funding sources including private pay clients, My Aged Care and NDIS.
About the role:
The primary responsibility of the role is to provide quality support to our Clients.
The successful applicant will be working with a team of Care Managers; liaising with Clients, Family Members, Staff and a wide range of Stakeholders to ensure services are provided in accordance with the Client's needs, goals and preferences.
In addition to care management, this role will assist with the management of inside sales enquiries, managing the office, recruitment of new team members and supprting the Managing Director.
Business Management / Psychology / Human Resources qualifications or similar.
Requirements:
