We have a great opportunity available for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team located at Campbelltown. Competitive salary package for the right candidate plus commission.

This role will suit someone who is an experienced business development professional with exposure to digital, print and radio marketing. This person will also enjoy liaising with a wide range of people and uncovering and telling compelling stories.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

Required

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or suitable relevant experience.
  • An ability to connect with people across all ages and abilities.
  • Proven business development experience.
  • Advanced Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
  • Ability to actively engage with and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results driven with a passion to support team members.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Proven planning ability.

 

Preferred Skills

Desired

  • Experience with digital marketing, content marking and social media marketing.
  • Interviewing, creative writing, content creation, and photography skills.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the health, residential or home care environments would be highly regarded.

 

Key responsibilities of the role will be

  • Identifying and maintaining relationships with new customer referral avenues.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Representing the organisation at trade shows, and public events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
  • Evaluating competitors.
  • Identifying business relationship-building opportunities
  • Establishing referral source needs and identifying secondary or hidden needs.
  • Undertaking a range of outbound cold calls for referrer relationships and sales.
  • Providing input to, and maintaining the relevance of, business development plans.
  • Maintain excellent currency of skills and knowledge relevant to the health, disability and aged care sector.
  • Seek out partnerships for service provision.
