Daryl and Karen Sahli, Directors

Daryl and Karen Sahli who live in Brisbane, Australia, have secured the Master Franchise Rights for the Right at Home in-home care system.  Daryl has managed both large and small businesses during his career, with extensive experience in franchising.  Daryl has also worked for Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management and corporate finance consultant. Karen has experience in the travel industry, real estate, general administration and bookkeeping and is currently an editor and publisher of fiction novels.

Daryl and Karen have a passion to make a difference in aged and disability care in Australia.  Continuing budget pressure means that Government funding for aged care is not keeping pace with demand.  They are determined to provide a high quality service to support their clients to remain in their own homes without disturbing their lifestyle and routines while at the same time taking the pressure off their families and providing peace of mind.

Margie Cox, Accounting

Margie is hard working, highly organised and dedicated to ensuring the accounts department runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Susan Hilditch, Customer Services

Susan is passionate about the home care industry and customer service.  Sue understands the industry and has previously been involved on the financial side of retirement planning, with the distribution and sales of annuity products and management investments to financial advisers focusing on retirement income.  She has assisted advisers with strategies aimed to increase age pension entitlements and reducing aged care fees.

Shannon Lakin, International Support Manager

Shannon joined the Right at Home team in August of 2013 and supports the International Master Franchisees in both enhancing their operational systems as well as expanding the national franchise network. Shannon comes to Right at Home after spending the majority of her professional career in Clinic Management and Growth and Development within a large integrated hospital and academic healthcare system.  Shannon received both her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska - Omaha, where she was able to focus her academic commitment on researching and analysing various global healthcare systems.
